Career Qualifications
Mortgage Loan Officer. Since the start of his mortgage career in 1998 Tim’s clients have been reporting commendable service. His long experience in prime, sub-prime, and government products assures that you will be offered the right mortgage product for your specific situation and desires. The vast majority of Tim’s business comes through referrals, so your continued satisfaction is very important to him.

Pilot. American Airlines. During his career with AA, Tim flew the Boeing 727, 757, 767, and 777. He held extensive domestic and international qualifications. His years in the cockpit taught him the value of a teamwork approach to problem solving, a skill that now benefits his clients as he finds the right mortgage product for each situation.

Military Achievement and Leadership. Beginning as a Combat Medic for the United States Army and then, after a break in service, he rose to the rank of Commander (O-5) for the United States Navy as a pilot, maintenance manager, safety officer, and operations officer. He was recognized for achievement and leadership throughout his career. Tim served twelve years active duty followed by eleven years reserve duty.

Tim resides in Dallas / Fort Worth suburbs of Texas with his wife Joy. They have been married for twenty-one years and are the proud parents of seven children. They are very active in community, church, and sports activities.
