With over twenty-five years of experience in the mortgage industry, my personal commitment to you is to listen to your needs, explain the loan programs that suit you the best, and ensure that your financing experience is a successful and rewarding one.
I believe a smooth loan approval process is only the beginning of the commitment to service that a lender should provide their clients. I consider a new homeowner as a “customer for life” and, even after the loan closes, maintain contact by providing information which may prove beneficial to them. My goal is to earn a “value-based” relationship which will produce a lifetime of referrals for a job well done. I believe, if this is not a lender’s primary goal, they need to get out of the way for those who do care about providing great service and the opportunity for repeat business from a happy, satisfied customer.
