She has been a Top Producer since 1997 and is proud to have never originated an Option ARM or to have had a borrower default on a mortgage they were unqualified for. She provides her team with the operations support, resources and motivation to provide excellent customer service for their buyers and professional partners.

Jerra is an active member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, currently serving on the Executive Committee as 2nd Vice-President and has shared her knowledge and expertise in educational seminars and presentations. In addition to holding her Certified Mortgage Lender designation, Jerra was among the first group of mortgage professionals to qualify for the prestigious Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification.

Jerra is proud to be the wife of a Denver Fire Fighter, Mike, and the mother of their four great kids; Sean , Kelcey, Madelyn and Shannen. With the children entering college and high school, she is now retired as a Swim-and-Soccer Mom, but continues to enjoy her roles as the head cook of their still busy home, the agent of their travel agendas -- especially trips involving scuba diving-- and the co-collector of a growing wine cellar.
